Therapy Preparation

Dress code

  1. Please dress in Yukata/robe/lose set of clothes/sarong
  2. Place one towel under the hot bed
    *Towels and yukata/sarong can be rented at front desk if not customers can bring their own

Before entering

  1. Drink a glass of anti-oxidant water
  2. If one has body odour, do have a quick rinse before entering sauna
  3. Put valuables into lockers which are provided (take note to return key)
  4. Place towel on tile
  5. Lie down for 15-20 minutes, take a water break, and then continue therapy another 15-20 minutes.
  6. Maximum time spent in 45 minutes.
  7. Shower using anti-oxidant soap. Do keep shower area clean for next user.

*IMPORTANT NOTE
If one feels dizzy or unwell, leave the room immediately. Please inform the receptionist. Some people can only stay a shorter time.

*Tips
1.  For generally healthy people: recommended to do therapy twice a week for better well -being and prolong youthfulness.

2.  For improvement of heatl due to illness, it is recommended twice a day with (8 hours gap in between) daily for 2-4 weeks depending on what illness you have.
